Youth Leadership and Training

At Cheers we encourage young people to develop their leadership potential. We provide opportunities for them to avail of the extensive range of Youth Leadership training which is on offer at our centre and with the Youth Service.

Our tailor made Youth Leadership training courses introduce young people to leadership, what’s involved in running youth activities and organising events. We then encourage participation in the Trainee Leaders courses offered by the Youth service at Wood Hall. These can be taken up to OCN level 3 and have proved very popular.
